What you can expect

1. Theory: self-knowledge with the king-training - Different people - and horse-types according to Marcel Eschbach

Marcel Eschbach has developed a unique typology and memorable personality types can be defined. Learn these different types and different behavior to understand. 2. Practice: horses as a Coach

Since horses not let words or awards to impress, they are a particularly honest mirror for our Encounter. They show us clearly and directly, our qualities, and insecurities. Marcel Eschbach (1970) dipl. Physiotherapist, personal trainer and inventor of the king in training. The king of the training is a unique training and consulting, concept, personality, training and practical knowledge of human nature. 

Markus Eschbach (1968), dipl. Social educator, internationally known as a riding instructor, horse trainer, and author of numerous books. He and his wife, Andrea, owner of the competence center for Horsemanship in Koblenz (CH).

We have experienced as a family with Marcel and Markus Eschbach a leadership training with Horsemanship.

Marcel has excellent image with his characters and other objects of the four personality types in the example scenes experience. Unique was that you could experience the types of the figures. Both the adult children, the family Manager has as well as dto work as a professional appealing and convincing.

Then in Horsemanship preformed family was able to experience the types of different horse types, and their own actions and reactions learn and try. The symmetry between the horses, types, and types of people could be directly experienced.
