The Name "Equikinetic" was coined by the horse trainer Michael Geitner.

The 3 components of the Equikinetic

The EC is composed of 3 (well-known) sub-components:

  1. Dual activation
  2. Lunging in the position of
  3. Interval training

1. Dual activation
