The foam bars are suitable as a replacement for the rigid and heavy wooden bars. Thanks to the soft foam core, the risk of injury during training is massively minimised. It is also possible to set up training sessions to promote targeted muscle development (as with dual lanes in equikinetic or dual activation).

Material:
Melaka poles are weather-resistant and made of very robust PVC material. They can be stored outdoors, but protected storage is recommended. They are dimensionally stable thanks to a firm foam core, lie quietly on the ground and the seams are welded.
