About us
We, Andrea and Markus Eschbach, are the successful organisers of horsemanship seminars all over Europe.
Our goal is to strengthen the bond between people and their horses through appropriate interaction.
Our vision is a better world for both horses and humans.
We'd be happy if we could accompany and guide you on your way to a harmonious relationship with horses.
In our riding programs riders of any riding style are welcome, no matter whether you ride English or Western.
Our Philosophy
Showing humans how to have the best relationship possible with their horses and how to keep it has always been one of our main goals. To be good with horses at a high level requires us humans to come forward with our best qualities and attributes. Similar to a 'great parent', successful relationships with horses require compassion, kindness, precision, patience, clarity, real knowledge (not just opinions and projections), great leadership, acquired skills and more.
Moreover, it is clear that practicing appropriate interaction with horses helps humans to become more highly functional in all their relationships. Thus, in all our programs, we teach success with horses as life enrichment for the human as well as the horse.
You want to learn how to communicate with horses?
So our riding and ground work courses are just the right thing for you.
In various seminars we teach non-violent horse training and how you ride safely. Horses are looking for guidance, which means: The relationship between horse and rider has to be a foundation of trust; a clear specification of the target direction and a clear communication has to be present. If the relationship is disrupted or not well established, if the rider lacks confidence in himself, the horse will not acknowledge the human in the leadership role.
Discover how the animals react to you. Learn to observe and feel and learn to develop your leadership qualities.
We place great emphasis on individual attention. The courses are held as individual lessons or in small groups.
We also teach in Germany, Netherlands, England, Finland, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Switzerland.
